Welcome the NWGA

The purpose of the Nashville Women's Golf Association is to give qualified women golfers the opportunity of knowing and playing golf with other qualified golfers in the area, and to allow them the privilege of playing at all approved member clubs.

Proper way to fix ball mark:

Our pitch marks on the greens must be repaired properly and immediately.

The most efficient and correct way is to remove the displaced turf using a divot repair tool or tee, push the grass towards the middle to fill the displaced turf area and gently close the entire spot.  Finish the repair by pressing the spot down with your putter or foot.  Never lift UP the the turf to fill displaced turf as this tears the root system and causes longer repair time.
